We covered a lot in one day. We spent the morning on an exercise exploring the gaps in our service coverage. We found some of the following gaps:
- The gap in the market that a new service could fill.
- The gap between the tool/service we have now and how we would ideally want it to be.
- The gap in coverage across divisions/sectors.
- The gap between the people who sign up and the people who attend.
- The gap that OUCS/LTG is not filling with any current services.
- The gap between early adopters and the majority.
- The gap in coverage across staff or student groups.
- The gap in knowledge about a market/ area.
- The gap in funding we need to fill.
- The gap between here and the horizon.
- A gap we would like to see get wider.
