		<description>Well Lou, you&#039;ve been my line manager for most of my time here at OUCS (but you&#039;re not any more so I can say this) and I&#039;m hugely grateful for all the support, challenge and encouragement you&#039;ve given me.  Without it I don&#039;t think I would be where I am now either.

		<description>Probably wouldn&#039;t have helped you but I fixed non-functioning audio on both my desktop and laptop by purging and re-installing pulseaudio (and then checking the Gnome ALSA Mixer settings).</description>
